Ian Robertson

Operations Director

Ian started his career as a Sports Development Officer working for Knowsley Council working with Primary and Sec ondary schools before joining Sefton MBC where he ran a Community Sports Development Project. This included getting a community centre up and running in the local disused shops for use around community fitness.

Ian later joined Knowsley Housing Trust in 2000 and helped with the stock transfer from Knowsley Council. Ian joined Helena Housing in 2002 which then went on to become Helena partnerships managing some 13,500 properties where he performed multiple roles including Technical Support Manager and Business Improvement and Technology Manager. Ian has vast experience in Implementing a wide range of IT systems within the Social Housing sector ranging from Housing Management, Mobile, Asset Management, Scheduling and Workflow solutions including the management of IT infrastructure & Disaster Recovery.
