This service is completely free of charge and is designed to provide an insight into the benefits of scanning documents as an effective method of information storage and retrieval.

Your documents can be delivered back to you on DVD/CD or be securely hosted for access via a web browser.

Please indicate the type of documents you wish to process i.e. Housing & Tenancy files, Invoices, Maintenance, HR records etc.

The index criterion is entirely flexible although we can help advise you on the most effective methods of indexing.

All information is treated as 'strictly confidential' and if required a Non Disclosure agreement can be completed ahead of providing the sample.

The test DVD/CD service is currently available for UK mainland and Isle of Man only.
