Existing archive documents can be scanned on or off site and delivered to you in a searchable structure with defined index fields. Documents can be accessed using a variety of search fields as defined by your organisation including: Tenant name, Property Address, Tenant Ref Number, Property Ref Number and Document Type.
Ongoing daily correspondence can be scanned and the files can be updated quickly and easily with delivery and notification to key users and departments.
